About Evan's family quilt
I have always wondered about my family history considering I was adopted. Once I was reunited with my birthmother I began learning about me When I had my son Evan and that set me in motion to learn about our family past. It was my goal to leave him with a legacy of who was a very big part of his past and mine.
I have been doing Geneaolgy for years with my adoptive family so I set in motion my birth family. It was a joy to learn that I am German from family that came by way of Russia, and from the otherside of my family Scotish, Irish, Welch, English, Dutch, Danish, and Cherokee. Yup I am a mutt but very proud of my Heritage.
From my Husbands side he is English and Swedish, and Irish. Evan is one lucky kid to be from familylines of Wyoming Pioneers, Civil war Soldiers, Eastern Cherokee leaders and Revolutionary War Soldiers amd Earls from Ireland and Scotland. One part of our family go back to Jamestown Virgina settelment. With others going onto settle the frontier of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.
I will continue to learn more as well as I can and is my hope to one day travel to all the places that my forfathers lived. I will be adding more information as I get it so as to document connections as well as stories I learn. Information taken from other tree's unless there is a citation there maybe errors. I want to thank all those that have placed their trees online so for others to build on theirs. I also want to thank the Hilley Cousins, and Cousins David and Glenn from the Childs Pressley line for all their information and help as well as new found family connections. If you have any questions or imput I would love to hear from you. Thank you for stopping by.

In addition to the charts and reports you have Photo Albums, the Events list and the Relationships tool. Family photographs are organized in the Photo Index. Each Album's photographs are accompanied by a caption. To enlarge a photograph just click on it. Keep up with the family birthdays and anniversaries in the Events list. Birthdays and Anniversaries of living persons are listed by month. Want to know how you are related to anybody ? Check out the Relationships tool.
